Frequently Asked Questions

We encourage people that are coming to the farm, to pick flowers, to bring their own bucket to take their flowers home in.

The Iowa Flower Farm will provide while you are at the farm:

  • Two Buckets - one for flowers with water and flower food and a second for discarded leaves and foliage.
  • A pull behind wagon - for holding the buckets so you are not trying to carry a bucket of water and flower food across a couple of acres.
  • Cutters - we have a large selection of cutters you can use, however if you would like to bring your own please do.

After you have your flowers cut, we will help you transfer them into your bucket or will wrap them if you do not have a bucket for transport.

Although we love our pets, we do not allow animals at the farm with the exception of Service Animals that are leashed.

Children are welcome at the farm. However, all children must be supervised by their parents at all times.

Professional Photographers need to schedule appointments with the farm.

Individuals are encouraged to take candid photos while at the farm.
